For several years, Randal and Donna have traveled domestically and internationally, cultivating a love for the amazing dining experiences they’ve shared together. The menu at Lago del Pino includes dishes that will capture your attention and keep you coming back time and time again. The starters include appetizers like Spicy Southwestern Flautas, Avocado Rolls, and house-made guacamole. All soups and salads are made with the freshest vegetables. The Dolly Parton is full of fresh greens with shredded chicken, roasted corn, tomatoes, black beans, and tortilla strips, tossed in a creamy cilantro-avocado ranch dressing. Served with tortilla chips, the Pozole soup is rich and hearty, packed with chicken, hominy, and red chilies, and topped with fresh cilantro, shredded cabbage, and radishes.
