The Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 is a compact luxury four-door coupe with a sleek look and powerful engine. The CLA 250 is part of Mercedes-Benz CLA Class which includes the CLA 250 and the AMG® CLA 45. The 250 is the main trim and comes standard with 17-inch wheels, and for 2019, there is now an option for a new Denim Blue exterior paint color. Other optional features include a panoramic sunroof, an adaptive suspension, LED headlights, and 18-inch wheels. The CLA 250’s back-end features large taillights that reach in from both sides, a swooping rear roofline, and up front, the diamond-block grille makes it stand out.
Power for the CLA 250 comes from a 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder engine that delivers 208 horsepower and 254 pound-feet of torque. Mercedes-Benz pairs this with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. There is also an option for the 4MATIC® all-wheel-drive system. This uses front-wheel-drive, but it will automatically shift up to 50 percent of the power to the rear wheels when needed.
The CLA 250 accelerates quickly and smoothly, and if you want a ride that is a bit more lively, just use the Dynamic Select driving modes to switch it into Sport mode. It comes standard with paddle shifters, adding to the fun, and the steering is responsive, so you can take it on back curvy roads with confidence.
